JERSEY YARD Shipping Policy

At Jersey Yard, every order is custom-made to your specifications at our production facility in India. We take pride in crafting each jersey with care, and we want you to have a clear understanding of our shipping process and timelines.


Custom Production & Processing

Because every jersey is made to order, all orders require a production phase before shipment.

  • Standard processing time: 3–5 business days
  • Custom orders (special designs, large quantities, personalization): up to 3 additional business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order enters production and again when it ships

Please factor in production time when placing your order, especially for time-sensitive occasions such as team events or tournaments.


Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide from our facility in India. Delivery timeframes vary by destination:

Domestic (India)

  • Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch
  • Carrier: India Post / BlueDart / Delhivery (based on your location)

International

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery time depends on destination country and local customs processing
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for select regions

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in India.


Estimated Total Timeline

  • Standard order (India): 7–12 business days total
  • Custom order (India): up to 15 business days total
  • Standard order (International): 14–25 business days total
  • Custom order (International): up to 28 business days total

These are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to factors outside our control, including customs delays.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions
  • Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can track your shipment through the carrier's website or via your Jersey Yard account
  • If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of your expected dispatch date, please contact us

Delays, Damages & Lost Packages

  • If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier
  • In the rare event your jersey arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging
  • Lost packages will be investigated on a case-by-case basis; we will work with you to find the best resolution
